STRESS?

stress in school with homework and those activities, frens, sometimes relationship( i dnt have yet,ngeee), etc.
here some suggestions to reduce our stress,

^_^Take yourself to a quiet place. If you are surrounded by loud noises, your anger will just increase, as annoyances will pop up easily. Allow yourself to be alone for a couple of minutes and silent the rest of the world.
^_^Slow your breathing down. When we're upset our breathing increases due to panic inside our body. Take everything slow for a little bit and take big, stress-free breaths.
^_^Keep yourself busy. Sometimes the only cure to ridding ourselves of anger is to keep active. Whether this be cleaning or traveling to a not-so-far off getaway, do what it is you need to do to keep your mind off of your problems.
^_^Talk to a friend. Our friends are our support in times of need. A friend will keep you at ease and talk things through with you.
