how to cool down yourself when angry,, ;)

STRESS?
sume org mst confront dgn stress kan. stress in school with homework and those activities, frens, sometimes relationship( i dnt have yet, ngeee), etc.
here some suggestions to reduce our stress, hope enjoy reading k :)
^_^Take yourself to a quiet place. If you are surrounded by loud noises, your anger will just increase, as annoyances will pop up easily. Allow yourself to be alone for a couple of minutes and silent the rest of the world. ^_^Slow your breathing down. When we're upset our breathing increases due to panic inside our body. Take everything slow for a little bit and take big, stress-free breaths. ^_^Keep yourself busy. Sometimes the only cure to ridding ourselves of anger is to keep active. Whether this be cleaning or traveling to a not-so-far off getaway, do what it is you need to do to keep your mind off of your problems. ^_^Talk to a friend. Our friends are our support in times of need. A friend will keep you at ease and talk things through with you.
^_^Write down your feelings. Sometimes when a friend isn't available to vent to, we keep our feelings locked up. This is not a good thing. Find the nearest pen and paper and begin pouring everything out. You'll feel ten times better! ^_^Take a walk. Taking a walk allows us to think over the things in our life, especially problems, and by the time your walk is over, you'll be able to see things a bit more clearly. ^_^Rest! Sometimes you may need to sleep on a problem. Wake up to a fresh new day! You'll be less tired and more ready to face the things that anger you. ^_^Face your problems directly. Sometimes you just need to face the thing that has been bothering you. Find solutions on your own or with another person and throw away that anger with your findings!
^_^Most importantly, remember to still laugh. Laughter is the best cure for ridding one's self of anger. Rent a nice comedy or surround yourself with your funniest of friends. In no time your anger will be a sour memory.
