don't feel so down,,

which one is mine,yours,ours?
SPIRIT <3,dont be too sad,there is something in you
when we r having the problems,i am sure most of u will feel like 'am i strong enuf to be on that situation?','plis god,i cant face it',, n somthng like that.and autimatically u will be sad coz u cant face it alone. am i right? but we have to remember that ALLAH wont give the test to His servants unless it is really not for you.. i know sometimes some of us will be having prolonged sadness.i dnt say that it is ridiculous,bad things and etc :), in this case,relaxation of mind is necessary in order to have positive thinking with your sadness. at least, it can reduce your sad feeling now,i myself also sad becoz of my bad results. but we cant blame the teachers,frens or family in what u get now. so,dnt be sad bcoz Allah is testing me in order to become patient girl.i know its so hard to accept our weakness,but dnt let the weakness come n overshadow u until we cant see your existance, if u wanna cry,juz cry. it is better than u keep it in your heart.SOMETIMES WE R ON THE TOP,SOMETIMES WE R AT THE BOTTOM,but your success never placed at the bottom! place it deep in your heart. We've all been upset. Sadness is a totally natural emotional response to certain environmental stimuli. Most of us have support, or systems in place to overcome sadness, reach balance, and go on to be happy as quickly as possible.We've all been upset

Usually people don’t feel sad for too long. Things feel better, friends or family cheer us up, or we do something that takes our mind off it, like drawing or playing football. Other ideas for feeling better when you are feeling sad are:

  • Talking to a friend
  • Watching a funny programme on TV
  • Skipping
  • Talking to your pet
now,let me straight to the points,i have the simple ways to overcome your sadness:
  1. Set Goals Something special happens the moment the paper meets the pen and we write down our goals. Our brain chemistry changes, neurons fire, hormones are deployed, and we start thinking about how we can achieve those goals.
  2. Sleep Getting the right amount of sleep is healthy for our body and mind. Some argue that sleep deprivation treats depression, but I don't buy it. I think it's a cheap distraction that catches up to you within days. Get enough rest.
  3. Forgiveness Many times we're making ourselves sad for no good reason at all. People have been known to keep grudges for lifetimes (most religions and nationalities keep them for generations). When you forgive, you remove this weight off your shoulders and put yourself in a position to be happier.
  4. Gratitude Many times when we complain we can cause ourselves to be sad. Complaining is just a factor of not taking into account what we're grateful for. Sit down and make a list of 100 things you're grateful for right now (and I dare you not to feel better).
  5. Sunlight Certain people have a disorder, in which, due to a lack of sunlight, they experience seasonal sadness. I'm somewhat affected by this in the winter when the days are shorter. That's why it pays to grab your iPod (or your friend) and go for 30 minute walks each day and embrace the sunlight.
  1. Friendships Your life force, support system, and everything that matters. It's not hard to make friends if you put the time in. Everyone wants to be heard, appreciated, and loved. Start off by listening, appreciating and loving, and it will come back your way.
  1. Journal This could be an escape but it doesn't have to be. You can write about fiction, and transport yourself to another world, or you can write about what's going on, and let your thoughts carry you through to a solution. Many great books were written by people who were, at least at the time, going through a period of pain and suffering.
  2. Yesterday is always a history and tomorrow is a mystry. But today is present. So enjoy it the best way you can live your life

  3. Talk to yourself about the problems you are facing in your life. Try to find out solutions for yourself as soon as possible. Because the more you will be with problems, the more your confidence will reduce. Reduction of confidence level does not help at all to improve your life. An improved life means that you are fully satisfied with your life. Of course, it may sound impossible, but this is what will actually bring success in your life. Try to have a mindset like you can do everything. There is not a single work you can not do. You are very confident on your ability and never accepts failure. Create your mindset in such a way that nothing can make you unhappy. Follow these simple rules in your life. Believe me, you will start living a completely different and unique life

build up your strength! Confront the dark parts of yourself, and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your demons will cause your angels to sing. Use the pain as fuel, as a reminder of your strength.

Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing. Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.
